Statement of Principles
- We respect the rights of all individuals-children, families and all those involved in the provision of services to the children and their families.

- We believe that respecting the right of those involved in QCFS-Chiefs, Councils, local ICFS Committees, etc to be informed participants in the decision making process.
- We recognize the value of the child, the family and the community.
- We will respect the culture, traditions, and values of the Qu'Appelle First Nations.
- We will demonstrate social and fiscal responsibility by seeking necessary, culturally appropriate resources and by using them in the best way possible.
